Dr. Yvette Rice elected as new board member
Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce Board Chairman Noel King today announced the

“Dr. Rice continues to be very active with the Chamber’s leadership and workforce development committees and served as speaker at both the Women in Business luncheon and eighth grade Equip Leadership program,” said King. “Her interests and talents pair well with the Chamber’s five-year strategic plan and she will serve as a tremendous resource for our programming.”
A native of Decatur, Rice is president and owner of LLVE, Inc., and is an independent certified John Maxwell Team (JMT) member. She has a bachelor of science in petroleum engineering from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, and a master’s and doctoral degree in theology from the North Carolina College of Theology in Wilmington, N.C.
