Bank Street Station Project to Bring Apartment Development to Historic Decatur

Stogie Holdings, LLC recently announced it is working with a Memphis development company on an apartment complex with 140 to 180 units on Bank Street in historic Decatur called Bank Street Station. The project will be located on the west side of Bank Street between Walnut and Cain Streets.

This will be the fourth project in the area for Stogie Holdings, LLC. The company renovated the old bank at 814 Bank St. N.E. that’s now home to Citizens Bank & Trust, it’s finishing McGhee Square and plans to open 609 Market in July.
