Chamber’s Breakfast & Biz Introduces Flawless Delivery Training Program

The Chamber's Breakfast & Biz professional development and networking event was held on September 11 at The Magnolia Room. Craig Johnston, Director of Workforce Development Training & Advocacy with Alabama Mountain Lakes Tourist Association (AMLA), introduced more than 40 attendees to Flawless Delivery, a certified customer service training program.

Flawless Delivery is a two-day program designed to equip frontline workers with essential communication and engagement skills, ensuring top-notch service to both guests and coworkers. The training emphasizes the importance of delivering the exceptional service customers expect in today's competitive market.

This training, a collaboration between AMLA, the Alabama Community College System and Holistic Performance Group, is provided at no cost to hospitality industry employees, thanks to a grant from the Alabama Tourism Department. The program can be tailored to meet the specific needs of all types of business and industry.
